The Kockney Koi Yamitsu Air Storm Venturi Nozzle is great for increasing oxygen content in koi and garden ponds. Only suitable for use on pumped lines, the Yamitsu Air Storm uses the venturi effect to draw in air and mix it with pond water as it passes through.
The Yamitsu Air Storm Venturi may be installed in or outside of the pond. The Air Storm comes supplied with two different size water nozzles, each providing different aeration levels depending on the output of the pump used. A low output pump requires the small funnel and a high output pump requires the larger funnel. The integral demountable union allows the easy alternation between high and low output funnels.
How Do I install the Kockney Koi Yamitsu Air Storm Venturi?
- To fit funnels just push into back of main venturi body as illustrated in instructions
- Connect air tube to air feed on main venturi body.
- The end of this tube must be held above the water level.
- Connect the venturi in line with 40mm solvent weld pipe.
